Travel Administrator
What we’re looking for ?
Are you a friendly and energetic person who loves sales and the traveling industry?
We want someone new on our team who is a team player and has excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English (Maltese and Italian, but we’re not picky!).
JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Dealing with email enquiries
Arranging appointments & booking meetings
General office management such as ordering stationary
Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
SKILLS
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong organisational skills
Presentation skills and attention to detail
The ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and prioritise tasks and workload
The ability to accept and understand instructions
Oral and written communication skills
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Team working
Reliability and honesty

At Enrico Travel we provide Corporate & Leisure clients with full travel services world wide. Organizing travels from beginning to end, involving air tickets, accommodation, transportation, travel insurance, honeymooners, tours etc.

Note:
All necessary training will be provided, however experience on Amadeus GDS systems (reservations systems), Qualification in IATA , Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field would be a plus.
Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred.
