Day 01:

Departure Malta Flight KM640 at 0540Hrs.  Arrive Catania Airport at 0620Hrs.  

We will be meet up with our driver Mario who is to accompany us throughout our Tour. Start the day with an early Breakfast (cappuccino, brioche/granita).  Drive to Etna – a brief excursion to Mount Sartorius on the eastern slop of Etna.  On the way up, a brief stop to a honey making factory (Etna is very famous for such production) and other typical products.

Gambino Tour 1330Hrs (Wine Tasting & Food included).

A welcome from an English speaking sommelier from AIS and ONAV schools.  Wine Tasting at Gambino is the ideal occasion to discover a world of real tastes by getting to know the wine and the people who make it.  

A real dive into the big world of Sicilian flavours where much care is dedicated to details reflecting the perfect Gambino’s style, which combines family passion and emotional stories.

Wine tasting and visit of the Cantina lasts circa 1, 5 – 2 hours.

• Four glasses of the recent vintage wines
• Pickled vegetables
• Selection of Sicilian cheeses
• Local deli meats
• Hard-boiled eggs
• Extra-virgin olive oil Gambino
• Couscous with vegetables
• Grilled pork meat sausage 
• Dessert – small cannolo with a fresh ricotta cheese

Overnight in Nicolosi 

Day 02: 

Breakfast at Hotel. Off  to Cefalù – a city known for its Norman cathedral, 12th-century fortress-like structure with elaborate Byzantine mosaics and soaring twin towers. 

 A visit in the centre followed by a swim in the beautiful beach – Mazzaforno/Settefrati. 

In the afternoon, we proceed to Palermo.

Evening: Free
Overnight in Palermo 

 Day 03:

Breakfast at Hotel.  Drive to Erice – a charming medieval town with superb views.  One can’t miss a visit to this magical town which offers a surreal atmosphere.

Marsala is the next stop to visit the salt pans.  Marsala is famous for its ancient ruins, Marsala wine and Stagnone Nature Reserve with salt pans and migratory birds.  

Optional: Mozia Island with an ‘aperitivo’ at sunset.

Back to Marsala where we shall spend the night at the Hotel.

Day 04: 

Breakfast at Hotel.  Drive to Shopping Centre/Palermo.

Proceed to Airport (to be at airport by 1530Hrs).
