Day 01. Arrive Delhi 

On arrival at Delhi International airport meet and greet by our representative and transfer to the hotel.  Delhi – the capital of India, is a fascinating city of beauty and dynamism, where the past co-exists with the present. Many dynasties ruled from here and the city’s rich and famous for its architecture and monuments.

Day 02. In Delhi

Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast Sightseeing old Delhi. Drive pass historic RED FORT (From outside only). Shah Jehan’s elegant citadel in red sandstone. Very near the Fort is the JAMA MASJID (Friday Mosque), India’s largest mosque, also built by Shah Jahan. Take an interesting rickshaw ride through the famous bazaars of Chandni Chowk, which is adjacent to both the Fort and the Mosque. Also visit RAJ GHAT – the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi.

Afternoon sightseeing of New Delhi.

Visit – THE TOMB OF HUMAYUN – the magnificent structure in red sandstone and white marble is one of the finest examples of the garden tomb.

QUTAB MINAR, a Tower of Victory which was built in the 12th century by Qutbuddin Aibak. In the courtyard stands the Iron Pillar, dating back to the 4th century AD and bears a Sanskrit inscription in the Gupta style. This pillar has puzzled scientists, as its iron has not rusted in all these centuries.

After drive by the INDIA GATE, the memorial of the First World War.

Day 03. Delhi – Jaipur (258 Kms. 6 Hrs.)

Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast checkout you will be transferred to Jaipur. Jaipur- Beautiful Pink City of Rajasthan, Jaipur, was the stronghold of a clan of rulers whose three hill forts and series of palaces in the city are important attractions. Known as the Pink City for the colour stone used exclusively in the walled city, Jaipur’s bazaars sell embroidered leather shoes, blue pottery, tie and dye scarves and other exotic wares. Western Rajasthan itself forms a convenient circuit, in the heart of the Thar Desert which has shaped its history, lifestyles and architecture. On arrival transfer to the hotel & Check in.

Day 04. In Jaipur

Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast proceed for the excursion to AMBER FORT; here you will enjoy the Elephant /Jeep Ride to reach atop of the palace.Once inside the Fort you may visit the Hall of Victory or Jag Mandir – is the famed Sheesh Mahal – a room with all the four walls and ceiling completely embedded with glittery mirror pieces, which were imported from Belgium during that period. Return to the Hotel.

In the afternoon visit Maharaja’s CITY PALACE, the former Royal residence, part of it converted into a museum. One of the major attractions in the museum is the part known as Armory Museum, displaying an impressive range of weapons-pistols, blunderbusses, swords etc.

During the tour you may also have a quick photo stop at HAWA MAHAL – the Palace of Winds. Jantar Mantar: Built in (1728-34) by king astrologer Jai Singh II. The instruments are built of stone with marble facing on the important plains for measuring the harmony of the heavens. Each instrument serves a particular function and each gives an accurate reading.

Day 05. In Jaipur

Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast in hotel, get ready to enjoy the famous Indian festival of Colour Known as HOLI in India.You may also wear the Traditional Indian dress to enjoy at most the HOLI festival. HOLI is one of the most famous festival in Rajasthan, its a traditional Hindu festival, celebrating the beginning of spring and the triumph of good over evil. It is best known around the world for the powder that everyone throws on each other, all coated in bright colours by the end of the day.

Day 06.  Jaipur – Bharatpur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra (250 Kms. /8 Hrs )

Early Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast drive to Agra en-route visiting Bhartapur & Fatehpur Sikri. Bhagalpur (Ghana), once the former hunting preserve of the royal family of Bharatpur, now the sanctuary homes nearly every other kind of bird imaginable. You’ll get to see more than 250 different species, as well as snakes, lizards, exotic fish and monkeys. Lucky visitors may also spot the rare Siberian Crane that migrates to this preserve annually. Enjoy cycle rickshaw ride watching birds

After the visit proceed to Fatehpur Sikri. Situated around 40 km before Agra, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water.  This was the capital of the Mughal emperor- Akbar from 1570 to 1586. Fatehpur Sikri’s sprawling structure is made of red tandstone and combines both Hindu and Muslim architecture. The main entrance to this walled city is through the 175 feet Buland Darwaza, the finest monuments within this area are the Diwan-i-Am, Diwan- i-Khas and Panch Mahal. After visit continue drive to Agra. On arrival transfer to the hotel.

Agra is famous as the home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World – the Taj Mahal. The architectural splendour of the mausoleums, the fort and the palaces in Agra is a vivid reminder of the opulence of the legendary Mughal Empire. Agra was their capital for nearly a hundred years from 1564. A pleasant town, with a comparatively easy pace, Agra is known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone by artisans who are hereditary craft persons. The city is also famous for its carpets, gold thread embroidery and leather shoes.

Day 07.  Agra – Delhi (205 Kms. / 04 Hrs.)

Wake up early to visit Taj Mahal during sunrise. TAJ MAHAL – monument of Love, (Taj Mahal Remain Closed On Every Friday) built in the middle of the 17th century by the Moghul emperor Shah Jehan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Visit the Taj Mahal surely the greatest monument to love and one of the wonders of the modern world. It was completed in 1652, skilled craftsmen. Marble was brought from Makrana, near Jodhpur and precious stones of onyx, amethyst, malachite, lapis lazuli, turquoise, jade, crystal and mother of pearl were carried to Agra from Persia, Russia, Afghanistan, Tibet, China and the Indian Ocean.

AGRA FORT built by three Mughal Emperors starting from Akbar the Great in 1565 AD, a masterpiece of design and construction. Within the fort are a number of exquisite buildings including the Moti Masjid, Jahangir’s Palace, Khaas Mahal and the Sheesh Mahal, Diwane-i-Am, Diwane-i-Khas and Musamman Burj, where Emperor Shah Jahan, the fifth Mughal Emperor died a prisoner.

Continue with city tour of Agra- visit ITIMAD-UD-DAULA. Where the queen of Jehangir and the daughter of Ghiyas Beg, Nurjahan built their tomb.

Later drive to Delhi. Arrive Delhi and check-in at hotel.  Overnight in Delhi.


Day 08.  Depart Delhi > Your wonderful vacation comes to an end!

Proceed to Delhi International Airport to connect to your onward flight, with wonderful memories to be cherished for a lifetime.
